Is it possible after each maintenance to put the download file in S.E Account to download instead of downloading a file in 3 hours. to actually download it 45 min. cause re-installing the game in 5 hours is ridiculous.

This forum is intended for suggestions and/or feedback regarding the website(s), so a more suitable section probably exists. ^^;

As for the suggestion itself, I'm not too sure what you mean by 'putting the file into a SqEX Account'. It would be great if the client would only download one single file, but that's not how it's done here...

However, for this specific want (assuming I understood it right), there might be a rather simple solution. Before you perform a re-install, simply copy your FFXI folder with its contents somewhere safe, and after installing FFXI again, you can move the up—to—date files over. After this, performing a file-check may be required, but no downloading of files is needed as long as the files in question are of the most recent kind.

Do note that this is not, as far as I know, an officially supported method of “updating” the software.
