Character transfer to alternative account?

I'd like to transfer a character to one of my other accounts, how do I go about doing that?

You can't transfer a character from one POL account to another, if that's what you're asking.

They're all owned by me and share the same SE account, but I can't afford all of them no more and I don't want to lose the 1 character that's important to me on one of the accounts. Are they still not transferable even if they're on the same SE account?

Or better yet is there a number I can call SE to enquire about this? The responses in here are way too slow.

nvm I answered my own question, found a contact number, and am truly gutted with the response. SE must be the only company I know of that cannot transfer characters due to it being "physically impossible". I dunno if it's deliberate because they don't want to support character transferring or if it was just coded that way and can't be changed because it would break too much. Such a shame because I put in so much work into that character and now it'll have to be nuked so it can be recreated.
