    Hardware Mouse Cursor Inaccuracy

    Hello,

    For some reason whenever I use my hardware mouse, it is horribly inaccurate. Everything seems to be shifted a bit to the right and down.

    If I want to target my character I can't hover directly over him. I have to shift my mouse to the left and then up a bit in order to do so?

    Software mouse works okay but I'd rather the hardware mouse work properly as it is much smoother otherwise.

    Thanks in advance for help of any kind.

    UPDATE: I figured it out. My Menu resolution was different than my Overlay Graphics resolution in Final Fantasy XI Config. After making them the same that fixed the issue.

    That's definitely a strange one. I'm glad to see that you have been able to get this issue resolved and I'll be sure to mention this fix to anyone having a similar issue in the future. In case anyone else runs into a similar situation you may want to try running the game in a windowed mode as well as updating Windows and the USB or HID driver for the mouse.
