Go to your nearest community college and take a basic course on economics, please. You don't seem to understand how inflation works. Get lots of gil easily? Prices rise to match the higher Gil supply, negating your so-called "easy gil".

Since blinkers went bye-bye, I've watched prices coming down across the board on nearly everything. I'd be watching those RMT and seeing what they think the next "big thing" is, and squash it so prices STAY down.

Nerfing the bayld weild on the quests is not an option though. Reives are already bearly done regularly and these quests are going to quickly before the only way for people to bet bayld for quests and key items. Which would take over a week just to get a pair of feet, half a month to get a body, and nerly two months to get a set.
If there is any action regarding these, the bayld in the quests should be increased and the NPC'able items should be nerfed into the ground.

Not to fault you directly, but I just adore it when people complain/compare economy in a video game... it's just so... I guess "cute"?

To be quite fair, all the money had to come from somewhere when the game first started. Quests, NPCing random items. It's not like everyone who started when the game first launched was given 1 million Gil.

RL economy IS effected by those who buy gil (in a small way but still is), and these days and even in this topic its fully supported by the player community, and those who don't buy gil, bot and/or cheat their asses off are regarded as gimps, since you can't afford (in gil and RL money) to merc your way to all the 1337 gear while the elitists laugh and group you with the "gimps who full time perle/aurore/teal" Matusi is *trying* to eliminate that, but with certain higher power folks kissing the ass of the biggest bot using, cheat using/enabling and full of nothing but Internet tough guy thugs fourm who bully the "lessers" even fucking laughing if the "gimp" was bullied so bad by them that they commit suicide (not saying it actually happened but I would not put it past them) just because they didn't have the gear they had, didn't have the extra money to throw away on bots and buying gil and so on and so fourth!

Yeah I'm one of the "haters" who reports your bots, reports you for flee hacking, reports your fish botting, Fell cleave burn bots/RMT (Though I do think there's a FEW "Legit" ones...) Though it may be in vain due to how much the majority of the NA/EU community supports botting, RMT & use of 3pp, with how little reports get sent the GM's don't have much for "Proof" since looking at your system is a privacy violation (yet for the big 3pp its awright, gotta weed out the weakest links, right guys?)

So in a nutshell, unless other "gimps" step up and report we are stuck with it. Too many in this game support RMT, botting and their ilk, and not enough GM's to ban them, RMT are like Hydra, take one head off, more will grow.

And when I speak of RMT, I don't mean just the "Chinese gil farmers" there's just as many NA/EU who proudly work for RMT companies and flaunt it.

I know BG will laugh about this, but I really could care less, they are nothing but worthless thuglets who have nothing better to do then to circle jerk over all the gimps they took screenshots of so they can laugh because they don't do what "everyone else" does.

pretty sure the main thing they would be after is skirmish parts. there is a small chance at getting a part from doing coalition tags. if they manage to get one skirmish part once a day, that's great money.

RMT's going to break the game getting 4000XP /day doing coalition assignments

Just a note, Turned in my alts Front-line Support supply quest to Foret de hennetiel Op. I got 1249 EXP on a level 1 no exp job at 3x Tags instead of the 6000 EXP I should have with the Baylds(still got 6k Baylds for 3x Tags).

So basically getting EXP from Ops per turn in can only level you once and at most, Cap you to 1exp from next level. I tested this again at Levels 5, 7, and 9 and got the same results.

There is no easy Tag burn leveling from ops that's going to come from this. At most the EXP's only real use is to recap you, maybe the occasional level.

Oh and if you turn in as a level 2 at 749/750 exp to next level It does screw you. You'll get 1000 exp in the above instance(gaining you a level, and still at 999/1000 from next level).

I don't understand how most of the people complaining about RMT are third party users that have an advantage over people who opt to play the game fairly. Hypocrites ftw . I'm not against third party users as most of my friends use em, but don't cry about someone else breaking the ToA when you are doing it too.
