    There's a thread at BG that has people routinely uploading updated zips. Kohan put up some from 3/31 that were tested against a fresh install. Don't be fooled by the dates on the posts on the first page. The links in the second post have been updated to the latest uploads, and there are detailed notes/instructions that break out from the Spoiler tags.

    I'm pretty sure I figured out what was wrong. But there isn't anything I can do to fix it from home.
    Because I have internet provided through an apartment complex, it's routed through the entire building before it gets to my router so I can't open the security port 53. I took it to a friends and it started downloading just fine.

    you could talk to you apt complex about it and see what thay say
