i once walkd up to titan prime as pld couldnt work out why the dmg wasnt being deflected by my sheild to find out i had forgoten my shield >,<

Had something similar happen to me in Altepa as Ninja, so I Ele Ni nuked instead

Was WAY back in the day was NIN/RDM went to crawlers nest and bam party died because I couldn't voke XDDDD
