99% of this "new" notice is copypasta from the regularly repeated warnings of this nature, which players have already gotten used to button-mashing through during the log-in process, much like the "Go outside and talk to girls sometimes!" boilerplate you already had us clicking through since the dawn of time.

I suggest emboldening, italicizing, or otherwise emphasizing the 1% that's actually new. Otherwise only the keenly observant (i.e. the very ones who don't need the warning) are going to do anything beyond flat-out discounting and ignoring these notices.
