My enhancing was capped on rdm at the 80 cap easily. Go into Besieged an use chainspell Protect on the serpent generals. You get fast skill ups since your casting on a npc. This will bring you roughly to around the level 82 cap before it tapers off. At that point casting on a level 95 Adventuring Fellow is the best advice, but it will still take some time.
