If anything, was more pointing out the main difference in the days. Typically more people have commitments for work/school on Thursday and Friday, than Saturday and Sunday. While lots of jobs that involve customer service work tend to be shift work(which is often lucky if get two days off in a row), there are still plenty of jobs out there that are M-F, or have other set schedules, usually two days in a row off. But this isn't about employment stuff, as while same amount of time, what days it fall on does not always make it equivalent.

Easy solution would be to have it go from when it started until 11:59PM PDT Sun, which would result in F-3pm Monday for Japan, and 8am(PDT) Thur-Sun for those of us in the states. Key thing would be including all of Sat and Sun for everyone.
