    Can't pan while engaged with Shift + [arrow keys] on PC

    Hello,

    There's a bug where I am unable to pan while engaged but not locked to the target using Shift + [arrow keys]. This happens in certain zones, mostly Conquest zones. I am running the game on windows 7 PC system. Please advise.
