Well as for SE all their surrounding grid is from the same power source so it makes no difference really.

The diverting is coming from other power sources that are running no problem & providing full power to completely different areas.

They are getting an extra 150MW from an external power source. That is 4 times as much power as they are running on currently. With that much extra power there should be no reason for any blackouts or companies that are able to operate to do so.
