How to Acquire the new weapons in Adoulin

I have seen some pretty awesome in stats and look weapons from the new expansion (example being Crobaci http://www.ffxiah.com/item/20787/crobaci ) and I am wondering if anyone figured out how to get these or are they still locked until some further date? =0) Just curious!

Guesses currently are Peacekeepers when upgraded for weapons enough, and the other guess, which is more likely, is that it comes from the boss like HNMs.

Peacekeepers' Coalition has the Reive: weapons, the R/E/M equivalents are from Skirmish and augment with Ghastly Stones apparently. Although word on the street is that even god-mode GMs are killed by those Nakuaals... (that or a horde of enraged stampeding RDMs, it's a bit unclear at this point)
