targetables not rendering on screen

I purchased a new lapton and have been plagued with graphics problems . i either get no rendrering of targetables on screen (but i can target and interact with them http://www.gwcdn.com/albums/images/513544622e0efc2c24abb33e.jpg) with current level drivers , or with the one working driver i have found (WDDM 1.2) the game and sometimes whole computer freezes in movement heavy situations like Campaign Battle , Beseiged , Fell Cleave , EXP alliances etc . Even in an area like jeuno or being around a Vertical Conflux causes the animation to clip horribly , the more movement on screen the worse the animation starts clipping or lagging . I really dont want to play with just the back ground .



Steps:
entering Campaign Battle , Farming chests in Abyssea using Fell Cleave , Abyssea EXP alliances , being around Vertical Confluxes or anything with alot of movement.
