Steps:
1. Cast an elemental barspell with 455 enhancing skill on self or party. I used barthundra.

2. Time it, barspells are expected to wear off in 5 minutes when cast with over 330 enhancing skill. Source

3. Barspell will wear off after only 2 and a half minutes.
