Using ctrl/alt+Fkey in alliance causes client crash

Steps:
1. Form an alliance, 18 members may or may not be required.
2. Attempt to target alliance members in another party with keyboard hotkeys (ALT+F1-6 or CTRL+F1-6)
3.Client crashes with windows error message "Playonline viewer has stopped working"
