Expansion wont recognize.

I bought the Xbox 360 ultimate Seeks Edition since my other disc broke. I input the code for the game in with my current account.all was well.

I updated my Xbox 360 without a problem. But my PC there was.

I also play the game on PC. I try to log into the game on my account and it won't recognize the expansion. I had a similar problem YEARS ago. But it resolved itself after I fully logged in. Then logged out then tried to log back in. The expansion (Wings of the Goddess) just downloaded. This was on the original account I had (but no longer, just making a point.

Some people are telling me I have to buy the game AGAIN just to play it on PC. I don't get why. I paid for it once. It should be as simple as an extra update download. Why should a person have to buy the expansion twice for one account.

Is there something I can do to get the content I paid for onto my PC?

We apologize for any confusion this has caused. If you have register the expansion content to your account then you're halfway there. The previous 6 Add-on scenarios were downloadable via update and did not require physical software to be purchased on top of the base game and expansions. This new content is a traditional expansion and installation media is required to be able to play. You won't need a new code but you will need some kind of installation from our store or another retailer download to get the expansion content onto your system.

I'm also having an issue with this. I personally bought the 360 version for collection purposes and to also play on their as well. But I also play on PC as well. Don't see why SE doesnt have client downloader for us current users so if want to play on the PC we just login to Account Managment system download the client. Every Company that is in the MMO business has this standard.

Personally SE needs to stop cashing in on current users and offer us the download client cause has we transition from Physical Media to Digital we should be given Digital copy for the sake of future ventures. After all Laptops now are now moving away from Physical Disc slot for the sake of Ultrabooks.
