So Spicy Broth requires Mandragora Sprouts in the recipe and what does S-E do? Makes it a rare drop from level 106+ Mandies in Cirdas Caverns only. Question: What is so unbalancing about Scissorleg Xerin that warrants one of the ingredients in the broth to be limited to Fuliginous Mandragorae? It would be much better if these sprouts were dropped by any and all Ulbukan Mandies so everyone can farm them at their leisure. Then again, that's not usually the MO of these developers, is it?

It really isn't a rare drop. When I went it seemed like about 50% of them dropped one, and all we had was TH1 (Falcorr)
