    SoA Ultimate Edition .exe will not install on my computer

    I've been thru every FFXI forum out there and cannot find a solution to my problem. I've downloaded the .exe file, but every time i try to run it it tells me its not compatible with my version of windows. And i am at my wits end about it, as nobody else seems to have this problem only me. I've tried searching for a compatibility software, but there are none. Running it as a different compatibility mode does not work nor does system admin. Can anyone help me out?

    Exact message when i try to run FFXISETUP is:

    The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32 bit) or x64 (64 bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

    And what version(s) of the .NET Framework do you have installed, if any?

    I'm currently running .net framework 4.0 and my version of windows is Windows 7 Home premium.
