I moved to Australia but I have a US account with Playonline. Today I have been trying to buy the Seekers of Adoulin expansion through Square Enix NA and Amazon and both attemps failed since my creditcard information is not accepted because I live in Australia. Does anyone have any information on how I can get this fixed?

I also live in Australia but have an EU account, I also cannot buy and download new expansion

My account is NA and can not download the NA version of Seekers of Adoulin because I live in Australia.
