Never got SoA download link

So I preordered SoA expansion a few days ago and got the music, which...mostly seemed like a forced attempt to simulate the music box...but I digress. SoA is supposed to have been available to play today and yes server issues, yada yada. But none of that matters to me, since I never got a download link to even install this latest expansion. I did however receive the code, which I registered but... yeah. Is this another playonline/square-enix billing & communication headache?

it took me some time aswell to find e-mail wasn't really clear you go to http://findmyorder.com/ and you enter your order info then it should have all your codes and a download link.

well, as the password and/or order id wasn't working when I did that, I tried the reset password option and got <password_based_on_order> thing. Do I take that literally or what?

It's just stupid that there is/was no direct download link from any email and we have to jump through hoops to find anything. ...But that's how playonline works and I should've expected that.

i just used my e-mail and last 5 of the CC i used had same issue with the password thing
