Seriously this is getting old Square. I know many of us (myself included) will most likely never purchase anything from your direct store (or anything handled by loldigital river), but all you are doing is trolling your loyal customers. Provide us a DL link on the site. Not like you can access the content without the code which we paid for, but let us start downloading it. Saying it's coming and it still not delivered is just a further troll. No wonder the head of Square stepped down today. The company is run by monkeys.

Bayohne is it the same link that gave us are content id? or a new one if its the one with the content id's i got that and click the link but no dl option.

I've gotten two identical emails so far, one with a content ID and the music links, one with just the music links. I need to know if there's another I should look out for.

zomg, I just got my email. It didn't feature the DL link however when I went to SE order details, the link was there. Even without a new email, check your order details!

ok, I finally got the download button, and I am downloading as I write this, but I have another question. I pre-ordered before the announcement for the musicbox mp3's. I received the codes for the game beret and chocobo shirt, but I haven't seen anything regarding the musicbox. Am I out of luck because I ordered before it was announced? Or is there something I can do to get it?

I just received the e-mail too. Same deal as Hawk: the e-mail was missing the download link, but the order page had it.

Got the expansion key. Still no Music box code e-mail. Checked junk/spambox all day. Nada.

I think its disrespectful to us.
We buy the new SoA early[02/08/2013] so we don't run into this problem.
Look what happened.

What I don't understand is, when I bought this, I looked up on my bank account to see if they charged me.
They did.

Now I go back to my bank account and DRI*Square Enix.com on your credit card billing statement don't even show up. Only SE withdraws I see is the monthly bills.

What gives?
