SEEKERS OF ADOULIN -- Order Details, having a problem!

tried checking the digital river find my order page according to it my order doesnt exist and neither option for login lets me actually log in and their password recovery system sends me back a generic password that is most definitely one that I would not use "<PASSWORD_BASED _ON_ORDER>" and btw that doesnt work either so no idea what to do at this point as I have now 4 emails (one not more than 10mins old from them) and yet still no download link

Just received a new order confirmation email with my registration code (same one as received earlier today) printed twice, along with "Your_MLP_Code_Will_Be_Sent_In_A_Seperate_Email_1857". Checked the order page and found that a "Begin Download" link has appeared just beneath the product name in the item list.

The file is called "Final_Fantasy_XI_Seekers_of_Adoulin_Setup.exe" and it's 209 MB. Hopefully after I get what's supposed to be the member point unlock code, this ticket can be closed...

Keep in mind that after installing, there is an update the next time you log in so you may want to get that out of the way now.

Sorry for the confusion - the email coming from our e-commerce vendor will not contain a download link, but will link you to their website "findmyorder.com" where you can retrieve your download link using either your order number & password you created during check out, or your last name & the last 5 digits of the credit card used.

Emails have begun sending out (as you can see by a few posts above) and they're being delivered in the order that the orders were placed in. We've been told that all emails should be delivered by 3pm (PDT). Again, we are very sorry about all the inconvenience this has caused you and will be reviewing our processes as we move forward to ensure this does not happen again.
