Well if there power holds up as it has last few days and there ISP is stable theres no reason why servers won't be back up tomorrow

It continues to show "Partial Maintenance" which I believe means they never shut them off completely, so no Boot-up required. Probably similar to "hibernation/standby mode on a PC. Conserves power, but ready to get back to full power rapidly.

I wish they guaranteed us that servers would be up again on the 22nd but too bad it'll just be another update to keep us all posted as the others mentioned here. Prepare for them to say that FFXI will be down for at least another week and that's when they may update us again.
