My code isn't working. I'm getting the "The entered code is invalid" error.

Maybe it's just a change from one misleading error message to another. One before the server update, another after. It's surprising that it wouldn't work at the same time as the registration key. Hopefully the code will work when the Audolin content actually becomes available in-game. My understanding is that it is not accessible yet. There was a POL "news" post that stated, to my surprise--so I triple-checked the wording, that the content would not be available immediately after the update. However, the say-nothing posts about congestion have scrolled that one off the "latest news" and I wasn't able to find it.

At least you have a code that might work at some point. I never got one. SE points the finger at Digital River. Digital River says they're investigating and that I should expect it to take at least 72 hours. If I don't have my items by the time I want to use them for one of the new jobs, I'll find a way to hurt their business, even if it's only a bit. Surprisingly, they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Thought i'd post this, saw it on the dev tracker.. Think it explains why we cant get our shirts yet.

As a reminder, the Chocobo Shirt code will become valid once Seekers of Adoulin becomes playable. Here's the announcement we made earlier this week on the official site!

Regarding "Chocobo Shirt" Campaign Code Registration (03/25/2013)

On March 26, 2013, the FINAL FANTASY XI: Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition will go on sale and those who purchase this special edition will also receive the Chocobo Shirt in-game bonus item. Please note that registration of the Chocobo Shirt campaign code will not be available until Seekers of Adoulin becomes playable.

*The specific time when Seekers of Adoulin content will become playable will be announced at a later date.

For those waiting for their bonus codes from their purchases on the Square Enix store, the team is aware, and is sending them out today.
