    Pre-order help

    i just pre-ordered adoulin through the square enix website (most horrible experience ever by the way, you should really tell people " hey were not giving you registration codes right now"), however all of my information was Emailed to an old email account that i no longer have access too and is no longer active. is there any way to have this information sent to a new email address? i cannot update the email address as i don't remember the security question i created umpteen years ago.

    also both bonus item codes come up as " code expired" when i enter them into the account management system.

    i would call your hotline, however it seems that SE has removed all easily found traces of it from your help website. way to be customer focused lol.

    While we do apologize that the system is giving you some difficulty, unfortunately this forum is not the proper avenue for discussion of such issues. This forum is for the discussion of technical issues with FINAL FANTASY XI itself, and not anything related to the account management system. In order to recover a Security Question and Answer, you will need to contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center directly.

    In regards to your preorder and to why it is saying the code is expired:

    The release date of Seekers of Adoulin is 3/26/2013. However, the actual launch of the servers is on 3/27/2013 0:00 and any codes will not be able to be registered until then. The Destrier Beret is an item that already exists as a bonus from the Ultimate Collection Abyssea Edition, so you should be able to redeem that code right now. If you preordered Seekers of Adoulin from the SQUARE ENIX Store you will need to contact Digital River for support at http://www.digitalriver.com.

    yea digital river was absolutely ZERO help at all. they do not have a contact telephone number and their automated webform says my order does not exist. yet they billed my account already. gotta love how that works.

    just to confirm the last issue i had:
    SE is not providing the registration codes for the ultimate package preorder at the time of purchase. is this intentional?
