Disconnects while starting assault

I recently had a friend disconnect as we entered an assault mission. Because he disconnected, we were shorthanded and couldn't complete the mission. Also, because he disconnected, even thoguh his character was still logged in, his character didn't enter the assault area even though the rest of the party did.

I was wondering of Square Enix could fix this, so if someone disconnects as an assault mission is commencing, that person will be teleported into the assault area with the rest of that party. This way, when the person logs back in, he can just get an invite into the party.
