Yes, I know there are mods and such for personal amusement, but if it was something official like this, I know it could bring in new blood while keeping the normal game at a T rating. While the chance of this happening is like 0%, that is my opinion and I'm sticking to it ^_^

That being said I have no problem with adult content being put into video games. I don't think it's nessassary, but I don't think it's harmful either.
