Runic came up a few times on the RDM board in its early months. Consequently, Runic will naturally be implemented for RUN

I always liked the idea for its strategic timing use and for its connection to one of my favorite characters from FF history. I'd be happy to see it on either job. It certainly seems to fit Rune Fencer.
