    New Monster Family for Adoulin: Wild Chocobos

    Hello title says it all, I think for the next expansion seekers of adoulin should introduce wild chocobos because it would be a great addition to introduce more flavor to chocobos and make certain items have more value and become easier to obtain.

    Family: Chocobos
    -Passive (Links)
    -Charmable
    -Characteristics (Colors): Usually roams in a group of 2~4, and has the movement speed of chocobos.
    -Characteristics (Black & White): Roam alone; however, when taken to 10% HP they have a chance of fleeing.
    -Zone: Random
    -Speed: Fast
    -Defense: Low
    -Attack: Decent


    Yellow Chocobo (Balanced attributes)
    ~TP moves~
    -Choco Nib: Delivers a 6 hit attack to the target.
    -Choco Cure: Restores a decent amount of health, and gives the target the effect of regain.
    -Choco Evade: Gradually increases evasion overtime.
    -Choco Revive: Revives a fallen target, only used when a linked chocobo dies. Learnable by blue mages
    -Choco Lightning: Shocks all targets in a cone from the user with lightning damage stunning them, only used by yellow chocobos.

    ~Items~
    -Chocobo Egg (80% going to be yellow chocobo.)
    -Golden Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Beak

    Red Chocobo (High Attack)
    ~TP moves~
    -Choco Nib: Delivers a 6 hit attack to the target.
    -Choco Cure: Restores a decent amount of health, and gives the target the effect of regain.
    -Choco Evade: Gradually increases evasion overtime.
    -Choco Revive: Revives a fallen target, only used when a linked chocobo dies. Learnable by blue mages
    -Choco Rage: Gradually increases the chocobo attack, and doubles the chocobo attack speed, only used by red chocobos.

    ~Items~
    -Chocobo Egg (60% going to be red chocobo.)
    -Red Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Beak

    Green Chocobo (High Evasion)
    ~TP moves~
    -Choco Nib: Delivers a 6 hit attack to the target.
    -Choco Cure: Restores a decent amount of health, and gives the target the effect of regain.
    -Choco Evade: Gradually increases evasion overtime.
    -Choco Revive: Revives a fallen target, only used when a linked chocobo dies. Learnable by blue mages
    -Choco Breath: Poisons and stuns the target for a moderate duration, only used by green chocobos.

    ~Items~
    -Chocobo Egg (60% going to be green chocobo.)
    -Green Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Beak

    Blue Chocobo (High Magic Defensive)
    ~TP moves~
    -Choco Nib: Delivers a 6 hit attack to the target.
    -Choco Cure: Restores a decent amount of health, and gives the target the effect of regain.
    -Choco Evade: Gradually increases evasion overtime.
    -Choco Revive: Revives a fallen target, only used when a linked chocobo dies. Learnable by blue mages.
    -Choco Reflect: Has a 20% chance of reflecting any magic cast against the chocobo last for 1 minute or until dispelled, only used by blue chocobos.

    ~Items~
    -Chocobo Egg (60% going to be blue chocobo.)
    -Blue Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Beak

    Black Chocobo (Uses black magic) (Rare)
    ~TP moves~
    -Choco Nib: Delivers a 6 hit attack to the target.
    -Choco Cure: Restores a decent amount of health, and gives the target the effect of regain.
    -Choco Evade: Gradually increases evasion overtime.
    -Choco Revive: Revives a fallen target, only used when a linked chocobo dies. Learnable by blue mages
    -Choco Meteor: A meteor falls from the sky dealing moderate damage and lowering the target magic defense, only used by black chocobos. Learnable by blue mages.

    ~Items~
    -Chocobo Egg (40% going to be black chocobo.)
    -Black Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Beak

    White Chocobo (Uses white magic) (Rare)
    ~TP moves~
    -Choco Nib: Delivers a 6 hit attack to the target.
    -Choco Cure: Restores a decent amount of health, and gives the target the effect of regain.
    -Choco Evade: Gradually increases evasion overtime.
    -Choco Revive: Revives a fallen target, only used when a linked chocobo dies. Learnable by blue mages
    -Choco Esuna: Removes all debuffs from the chocobo, only useable by the white chocobo.

    -Chocobo Egg (20% going to be white chocobo.)
    -White Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Feather
    -Chocobo Beak

    What do you guys think of the concept?

    I think it would be great because it would finally introduce a raise blue spell, and a spell to promote more the magical blue magic. In addition it'll make it easier to obtain chocobo eggs when npc doesn't have it.

    Dude. I've been wanting this since the beginning. Chocobo's have been shown to be defensive and capable of fighting since as FFT if not earlier, I'm ready to see wild ones.

    Side note, Yellow chocobos shouldn't have elemental alignment. Their move should be "Chocobo Kick: Chocobo jumps flaps its wings frantically to jump and hover in the air, delivering a 6 hit attack the deals physical damage to target."

    I also think Green Chocobo's unique ability should be a spell instead of a breath attack. Chocobo's are really intelligent, it seems more likely they'd cast spells instead of doing things like breathing noxious gases on people. "Choco Calamity: Casts an area of effect spell that lowers a random stat and inflicts up to 3 random status effects. Effect degrades over time."

    Also, this is awesome because it opens the possibility for Fat Chocobo NMs! Olde Fat King Chocobo HNM, <can I have it?>

    There are no wild chocobos left in the world, this would break with the lore. *however* it seems to me like it would be necessary if they wanted to make a chocobo knight job. I like the idea, it just doesn't "fit" with the game.

    Well we know there are no more wild chocobos in the middle lands but who is to say that adoulin or another region doesn't have them? remember adoulin is a undeveloped land.

    well could use rl horses as a good example of that, arnt any wild ones left in the EU but there are still some wild herds in the USA

    I think having wild chocobos to KILL!!!! ARE TERRIBLE~~~~~

    Those poor love chocobo's tried so hard to find wild chocobos they escaped just to find them. NOW YOU WANT US TO KILL THEM???!?!?!?!?!?! OH DEAR, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING

    Chocobos are cute and Brutus taught us about wild chocobos and they are the brothers and sister of our tame chocobos,

    I REFUSE TO KILL A CHOCOBO!

    Uh... Wild Chocobos are actually really big assholes. Like wolves versus dogs. Have you never played FFT? They even attach each other if one of them is friendly towards humans.
