    ClickandBuy maint forced me to reactivate!

    Ok, suddenly I notice that all of my content IDs were cancelled!!! I checked my email and I got a notification about problem with my billing. Was this because of the ClickandBuy maintenance? I used a credit card to reactivate and apparently was charged an extra $1 per action. Considering the inconvenience and near heart attack this gave me, I would like some sort of a response. Can I have the extra money I paid refunded? And, will ClickandBuy charge me again once it is functional?

    I think my hair turned white, I thought I had been hacked.

    Same thing happened to me. Not to mention I cannot even log into my account because I keep getting a message saying 'play online viewer has stopped working' so be lucky you can even log in.
    Even worse I cannot even get a response from anyone in this forum regarding my issue...
    15 + days and counting I have been unable to log into my account.. thanks SE!

    The same thing happened to me, SE trying to bill me during ClickandBuy maintenance, 6 months ago. Switched to SE billing my card directly, much better now

    This was the first month for me since getting my new Credit Card in November, where my payment finally came out automatically again. 3 months in a row of re-registering all my content IDs

    My card got bounced by Click & Paywithyourblood... nothing but problems. Was able to successfully use my credit card directly, so much easier!

    Protip: Customer satisfaction helps drive sales/maintain membership.

    The maintenance with C&B finally got me around to switching payment directly back to SE, thankfully. I'm not entirely comfortable having my payment transactions handled overseas. Luckily I'd never been charged any extra fees from my bank, but the horror stories I've heard about was enough to not want to do any business with C&B, but unfortunately SE deemed it the only appropriate way to pay for FFXI during those few months that I had been to complacent to switch back once they'd brought back their own payment method. Coincidentally the cards I was using to pay were expiring very soon, so I could stop using C&B's service without any worry.
