Use Ctrl+F and search for the item you wonder about. If Search doesn't find it, it's deliverable (It's a really long list, so use that method).

This is interesting, thank you!
However, this list seems to be incomplete?
I tryed to send a Bonbori via Pol-Accout lately guess what...
Its not on the list and not sendable either.
Tradeable though...
Also with the Bonanza upcomeing....
Cat's Eye not sendable? i think thats pretty pointsless, considdering its only used in only Quest.
Same goes for the Ebisu Items.
Odin Server
lv119 DNC ~ 119 SAM ~ 119 More that i dont use.
Gute Mädchen kommen in den Himmel ! Böse Mädchen kommen überall hin !!
The list is complete and always kept up to date by SE. You must consider though that it is just Rare/Ex items. Items that aren't R/X but still not sendable (Ark statues, Dynamis currency, Kirin's Osode, Bonbori, Festival Dolls etc.) won't be listed. To send those to another char of your same account you'll have to use either a second account or, as I do, a trustworthy friend to trade with. It sucks, but it's how it is.

yeah it does kinda suck actually.... to send dyna currency to a mule i gotta use the wifes account and have her tele/warp around between my main and my mule.
You have to realise that this is "same account", meaning that you have to play each character separately and not dual box. For that reason I feel if you have put the effort in to do something on 1 character, it should be accessible by either. I only say this because I have my first original character that I created a Kannagi and calad on, and then decided to create a Mithra because I wanted a change after 8 years of playing. My Mithra character has much much better gear now than my original character so I never play my original but I feel like that time I used to make the 2 empy's has gone to waste. It is my fault and I do realise that I chose to make the second character, but I still put the effort in and strayed away from the whole dual-box thing so it's not in any way an advantage. Like, if I had stayed on the original it would have all the items I have now on my Mithra, plus what it had before. I don't see why SE can't add a "1-time" relic/mythic/empy transfer service where you can send it but you only get 1 chance. That way you have to be sure you want to send it over but the options still there.
Yes, a one-time only transfer service would be cool, hell even a payable transfer service much like server transfer. I too have changed my main character recently, and wish I could at least send my previous main (elvaan female)'s Tidal Talisman to my current main (Hume Male). I can see it being tricky due to the item being a code reward, but is it really -that- impossible?

Items like BB items, dyna currency, cat's eye, kirins osode etc should definately be made transferable... however rewards like cop/toau rings, r/m/e weps etc should remain un-sendable.
Slightly unrelated: Why would anyone want to have a 2nd cop ring on their account anyway? Not like the other 2 are any good... And SE never came back to us about updating the COP/TOAU rings to 99 version after 2+ years of waiting (even though at the time they said they were very interested in doing this)
As I stand looking out from my mog house window, I reminisce about the old days and the many ups and downs of my adventures throughout Vana'diel.![]()
It is then that I know achievement.
