1h animation while in effect

Hello!

I was thinking that should be very cool if the graphic effect of 1h abilities stays on characters when used until the effect wears off.Of course this is not possible for abilities like Benediction that are instant.
I would like to see a MNK or RDM using their 1h with this effect^^

I see what you're saying and it sounds cool. My worry would be that it would interfere with other effects like Sambas.

The SP ability animations are a little... flamboyant ("loud" or "overly detailed")... to have going on throughout the effect. I can see why you'd want it, but it would likely be best to leave it alone.

Honestly, Chainspell is cool enough already as-is, that I think it would look just plain weird to have a bunch of Roman numerals stuck around me in mid-air throughout the entire thing.
