xbox 360 still under maintenance after update while pc users logged in and servers up

Hey SE can us 360 users log back in please??? Maintenance is over and has been for 30 minutes. I've updated and the game says I can't play when under maintenance yet pol says servers are up and my son has been in game 30 mins now. Please fix this..... thanks

We've received a few customers who are experiencing this issue. It seems that the PC login servers are open currently and some users are having an issue logging in on their XBOX 360s. We would suggest logging out for now and trying again shortly. Play button is greyed out on the FFXI launch screen. Across the top of the screen it states: Cannot play during maintenance.

(this sounds like a hung server somewhere)
