SOA preordered, charged, but no verification email or order number.

I purchased the next expansion through the SE website, my card has been charged and cleared, but I haven't received any type of email about it. It isn't in my spam folder either. I'd like to know why my friends have their copy ready for download, but I don't.

The emails from SE SOA expansion came from:

Perhaps your email provider has a spam filter that killed them or you gave the wrong email. Either way any busyness worth a grain of salt should be able to recover your purchase info. This is if you bought something with a credit card using your real identity etc.

I used my real identity lol. I still have the cc and bank statement to prove it, so I'm not TOO worried, just don't want a lot of trouble with it.

I've pre-ordered the Xbox360 Ultimate Seekers Edition today. I have not received my confirmation e-mail yet. 8 hours has passed by and my credit card has been billed for it already. Anyone else out there having the same problem?

Some companies manually send out confirmation emails when you purchase something. If SE is in this boat, you need to wait for a real, live person to process your purchase information and send you an email with your purchase details. Always take screenshots of your purchase information to make sure your email address was entered correctly, check to make sure the website you bought it from is legitimate, check your spam filters on your email, wait a couple business days, then dispute charges with your credit card company if you've still got nothing.
