Unable to Finish Dungeons and Dancers

Frequency: Anytime I click the Regal Pawprints @ (G-9)

Party or Solo: Any
NPC Name: Regal Pawprints G-9


I did the fight but I did not get the required Umbra Bug as everyone else did in the party. My Aroma bug was removed, and since I have been unable to re-enter to at least do the mission over. I was able to obtain another Aroma bug. Since that time I have been unable to continue with the WOTG missions. Anytime I click on the Regal Pawprints at G-9 the only response I receive, "There is nothing unusual here."
