When you become an adept goldsmith (skill level 78), you receive the following congratulatory message from the NPC Reinberta

"This... This is fabulous example of craftsmanship... No, a fabulous work of art! You have more than earned the title of adept. There is little more I can teach you."

as opposed to "This is 'a' fabulous example of craftsmanship."
