Skill Up

Instruments/Summoner/Enhancing Magic all capped, it didn't seem too bad. I am tempted to try and get the rings/earrings but when I ask people if they say a difference they say no. I have tried skill up food and had it wear off with very little to gain, they should at least make food last 1 hour. I try to do most of my skill ups when Martial Master is active till Abyssea. I also read that Counter does not give skill ups anymore but Retaliation still works. I am not trying to say they should only fix this for combat skills they should as well fix it for magic. When you compare it to how fast you level, you spend more time skilling up.
