Ninja throw ability

I always wondered why ninja never throws things.... but then i remember that ninja has been hognosed into tanking since it's creation..

i support incentives to use throwing!

I looked at some more info on wiki and Ninja is the only job with highest throwing skill (A-)
Increase Enmity on ninja stars would be useful on ninjas today since everyone can do high damage. Boomerang/Chakram would be main throwing weapons for solo ninjas.
They could still add a job that has A+ throwing skills. Subbing Ninja would be useful for this ability.

Main problem have with ninja having a throwing skill is the delay or lack of action because of using throws. Really important that ninja can throw very fast and be able to cast shadows and use his weapons. The ability isnt that useful for other jobs such as thf but its a small boost. The job trait really nice for any job using a throwing weapon. The best use from this ability would be for ranger.

Edit: Added some adjustments to throwing cap for some jobs because to increase the chances of those subjobs being used. thf/dnc, thf/nin. nin/dnc, nin/war, dnc/nin/.
