    omfg.. I can't believe I just heard this on NHK...they are talking about raising tariffs on energy to try to discourage use of AC systems when warmer weather hits the region. Say it with me now...

    ...and here we go again with another cycle of newsdumps about Wacky Qaddafi...guess it's a good time to go to bed.

    One last nugget before I crash:
    During morning rush, Japan kept power usage under yesterday's usage by at least 150 Kw and as much as 230Kw from 9am to 12pm JST. Hope they can keep it up so we don't have issues when servers come up.
