It doesn't need to be edited, strictly speaking, as it says that DA can proc on any of the regular hits of a multi-hit WS, which is true (again, up to a maximum of 8 attacks per WS). For single-hit WS, DA can simply proc once single-wielding, since the WS is a single-hit attack.

Of course, Dual Wielding, you get an extra chance to proc extra attacks (since you have an extra swing), but it doesn't get any more interesting after that.
