    PlayOnline password incorrect?

    Hello,

    I recently had an issue where my PlayOnline password is incorrect, despite my absolute knowledge that my password is right. I have checked for case and accidental letters/numbers being out of place, to no avail.

    Does anyone have a solution?

    Try resetting your POL password via the square-enix account management website

    That didn't work, despite changing it twice. Does it take a while to update the password?

    There was a forum thread with a large amount of useful information in regards to configuring the PlayOnline Viewer I would suggest looking into that and see if that solves your issue.
