Can not finish windurst mission 2-1

NPC Name: Nanaa Mihgo
Monster Name: N/A
Steps:
1. Have started the mission and talked to the first NPC Tosuka-Porika who directs me to talk to Nanaa Mihgo
2. I talk to Nanaa Mihgo who is supposed to give me the Key Item Lapis Monocle.
3. She instead only says "I can't stand the sight of you. Get out of herrre, and don't show yourrrr face to me any time soon.
4. Attempted to submit a GM request and was basically told "Can't help you, ask other players".

This bug is game breaking. It has occurred to another player, identical situation:

Also, appears that other players on the internet have had this issue too, halting all game progress. Since I can't get dynamis access, can't start zilart, etc.

At this point I'd settle for just being able to switch to a different nation, but since I'm mid mission, this is impossible. Please reset my mission, do anything. This is severe enough to cause account cancellation (not a threat, just don't see the point in playing if I can't do things I want to do like Dynamis with this character)

Hmm, the only advice I can think of at this time is to check your active quest logs. If the following quests are active:

Mihgo's Amigo
Rock Racketeer
THF AF1: The Tenshodo Showdown
THF AF2: As Thick as Thieves
THF AF3: Hitting the Marquisate

Any of these have the possibility of blocking your mission from going further. Take a look and see if any of those are active and try and complete them before. Otherwise you may actually have a bug that should be looked into.

Unfortunately, my quest log is "No current quests"

I did however complete Mihgo's Amigo at one point in the past.

I've also not gotten thf high enought to start the AF quests sadly.

weird... i zoned, changed jobs, and went back and she gave me the monocle.

Guess she doesn't like beastmasters...
