That is the whole point of an MMO. You're asking for something that's already covered by natural progression in end-game to be made easier. If it's a speed boost you want to do a mission, use Sprinters Boots. Cheap and easy. If it's a more permanent fix, take on one of the many challenges in the game (which are designed to be fun, and part of the game) to better your character.

Essentially, what you're saying is, because you, yourself don't have the time to do missions for atmas, or friends/linkshell to kill an NM - it should just be changed to benefit you, and those like you.

As for your "P.S.", I gave you suggestions on how to speed up your character. I believe that's on topic. Evidently, that's not good enough - because you actually have to play the game to obtain those speed increases.

Every single job is covered by a +12% movement item. One of them is available for 800 AN (I think) - Speeding up movement would enable you to out-run most enemies and make an already easy game even easier.
