Increase the base run speed of characters please!!!

ASA pants make it possible for every job to have movement speed at +8% at least (I got them for my sch because i was killing an Aptant NM that would kill me otherwise) Anywho, I'm all for a signet based movement speed boost so long as you don't have aggro on a mob (the pre-reqs for sprinter, maz, fleet wind, etc) When you're low lvl and it takes you 25 mins to run from sandy > dunes because either A. Sandy doesn't have the OP and you havn't been able to get it yet (or u could be so new you don't know what an outpost is) B. Are not high enough lvl to choco or have a license or C. have never been there before to obtain any of these things. I think it is entirely fair to ask for some sort of speed increase, even if it were by as much as 2-3%
