Skill up rings

Why are the drops rates on this so low? Iv been hunting one of them for a week now with lvl 5 increased casket discovery, and haven't come close to seeing one yet. Any time saved skilling up with this would be negated (maybe even surpassed) by the time its taking just to get this thing. (Assuming i ever see it). And this is just the first equipment. It just doesn't make sense to me.

heh. I wouldnt doubt that logic when they thought of this lol.

Of course in this case, the job im useing is already capped on its weapon and magic skill, and xp, and merits, so talk about not getting anything for your effort lol

well, one week and no item. All that time wasted...

Then again, i cant say I'm surprised. I think SE has a specific code just for me that prevents me from getting drops. Going all the way back to the days of camping Leaping Lizzy, to Valkrum Emperor, and those types. To all the BCNMS for Uts Ni such ass Under Observation and royal Jelly, to Campaign ops like Plucking Wings, and so many others... I have never once seen the good item drop. 5 1/2 years, not one item lol... /cry
