They seemed to have changed it to indicate how many and what kind of dice you need to roll for it.

Thank you for the notification.

Our roll to negate enigmatic attribute descriptions succeeded, and the set effect will no longer require its bearer to use 147 d6 dice to gain it once the next version update comes around.

Then again.. trying to get the tabard in the first place is almost like trying to roll straight 6's on 146 dice....
