need help on start playing FFXI

I am currently a '14days trial player' who are interested in really start to play the game.
now, im confused and need help on which i have to buy, is this one enough for the start?

im still wandering with FF XI because i never touch the game before
I live in a not-so-friendly region, so it was hard to get access to the game and even to subscribe xD
but now i think i can manage to get everything and hope to enjoy the game and the community

oh btw, is it worth to just start the game now? since its been ages running
