It would really be nice if the AH was revamped. There are hundreds of items listed that haven't been sold in years or have never been sold. Remove these items so we do not have to scroll through them.

Should just be allowed to filter out items that are either not in stock, or haven't been in stock for X amount of time.

Additionally, I think items that are rarely put up for sale should stay up for sale for a much longer period of time, and perhaps not count towards the 7-item limit as well. Perhaps we could be given 3 more AH slots where the timeout was 5 times longer than it currently is?

u don't just remove items from the AH. What items are currently relevant change day to day. And just because one doesn't need something, doesn't mean another person does. However, the AH could use some organization. Especially the 'Other' or miscellaneous categories. It would be nice to see abyssea items and VW items with their own category. And iv always wondered why the chocobo related items are split into two separate category's.

I was refering to items that say the last transaction was in 2005 or 2007 or 2009. If these items haven't been relevant since then I doubt they will ever be. so why not just remove them.

Because it would be better to just let the client filter out items that are out of stock, because that wouldn't prevent things from being sold for the rest of the game's life.
