A Beast for the Feast Contest Winner Issue

I was one of the three winners of the community event "A Beast for the Feast", I was contacted in game by a Supervising Gm and received my furnishing, however, I still have not received the "Athena Orb" item that was supposed to be mailed through the M.H.M.U. or whatever it is. I dont know if this is a problem or if the orbs have not yet been mailed out to contest winners so I am really just trying to figure out if I bring this issue up here, or if I should contact a GM in game. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
