Increases Movement Speed Inside Cities (ignore boring slow run for quests)

Another suggestion would to make a Jeuno or Vanadiel Aketon as a reward for all cities rank missions etc. Movement speed being greater or equal to the city aketons. Same level requirements etc. Or a synergy receipe to merge all 3 aketons into one.

*only because I don't have a San'doria Aketon to merge. Only took me like a month to do this storyline (pre cap raise), so never had the conquest points to buy it.
